No, it's not an April fools joke - neither was the image altered in any way... this photo proves that Nadia is actually an Alien...
Just look at the belly... strange protrusion of some sort - it's like something is trying to 'burst' out of her belly to greet you... and say "HELLO!!!! I'm NADIA from the land of NADIAWITHBIGBELLYWORLD"...
I repeat, the image was not changed in any way - Nadia could be hosting an Alien in her belly and NO, she's NOT pregnant...
